What beneficiary details do I need to provide?

We can transfer direct to your recipient’s bank account. You’ll need to ensure you have certain information at hand to avoid any delays – this includes:
Account Holders Name
Account Number
Bank Name
Bank Address

When will my recipient receive their funds?

Next working day delivery – if you complete the payment online before 11:00am UK time.

Two working day delivery – if you complete the payment online after 11:00am UK time.

What is an IFSC code?

What exchange rate do you offer?

Our exchange rate is offered as a ‘live feed’ to ensure we are offering our customers the best possible deal at all times. Once you enter your specified sending amount, will clearly display the exact exchange rate.

How much money can I send?

You need to transfer a minimum amount of £25 or the equivalent in your currency.
Once you have registered, you can send a maximum amount of £900 before Account Verification.
Once you have Verified your Xendpay Account you will be able to send up to £100,000 online via Bank Transfer and a maximum amount of £5000 via card. However, you can make more than one card payment a day.
